Initial Consultation
Our designer will meet with you at your home and establish a clear project brief along with taking detailed measurements of the space.
Draft Design
You will be presented with a draft of the design during the process, often by email or online meeting. This will allow us to ensure we are aligning with your expectations.
Presentation
This is where we present the final photorealistic design for your project, along with complete costings and material samples as required. Ideally done face to face but we work to what suits you best!
Manufacturing & Installation
Once you are happy with our proposal and wish to proceed, the project enters manufacturing & installation phase. We work closely with you to plan timelines and coordinate any other required trades as necessary.
Completion
The completed project is handed over to you, ensuring that the everything has been completed in accordance with the brief and final design.

Home Protection
Before starting any work, our installers take measures to protect your home. This may include laying down drop cloths or plastic sheeting to cover floors, walls, and furniture in adjacent rooms. This helps prevent dust, debris, and accidental damage during the installation.
Dust Containment
Cutting and drilling during kitchen installations can generate dust, which can spread throughout the home. Our installers use dust containment systems, such as plastic barriers or negative air pressure devices, to limit dust migration and keep the work area as clean as possible.
Flexible Scheduling
We understand our clients have busy lives, which is why we work with you to establish a schedule that is convenient for you. This might involve adjusting installation times to accommodate work or family commitments, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Detailed Quality Check
Our installers conduct a thorough quality check before declaring the project complete. This includes inspecting the cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical work, and any other components to ensure they meet your specifications and adhere to industry standards.
Clean-Up and Debris Removal
After the installation is finished, our installers clean up the work area, removing all debris, packaging materials, and waste materials generated during the installation. This leaves the kitchen and surrounding spaces in a tidy and functional state, ready for you to use!
Final Walk-Through
Before leaving the project site, we conduct a final walk-through with you. This allows you to inspect the work, ask any remaining questions, provide us with feedback or request adjustments if necessary.
